Every week, DraftKings re-prices every player off recent performance. This looks at what actually happens NEXT: does a rising salary + points streak keep paying off, does a price spike regress, and is a price dip a real buy-low spot -- measured against each player's own established level, not a league baseline. Who Qualifies Right Now
Actual named players riding a real qualifying streak into the season's opening weeks --
not a backtested average. Early in a season, before enough of THIS season's own games
exist to form a streak, this uses each player's final regular-season games from the most
recent season with real data (never playoffs -- fewer teams skews salaries) as their most
recent real form.

Every number here is measured against a player's OWN season-to-date average as of the streak, never a league-wide baseline -- that's the honest way to ask "regression" or "buy low." "N players had a streak" counts qualifying weeks across the whole lookback window, not unique players, so a hot or cold spell can show up more than once for the same player across a season. Salary history only goes back as far as real DraftKings salary data has been uploaded/backfilled for -- a thin sample means exactly that, not that the effect doesn't exist. Not betting advice.
