1. Data & results accuracy
Predictive Playbook Database ("the Site," "we," "us") sources game, betting-line, and statistical data from third-party providers and publicly available records, and computes derived statistics (records, win rates, p-values, and similar figures) from that data using our own query tools. We believe this data and these calculations to be reliable and accurate, and we take reasonable steps to verify them, but we do not and cannot guarantee that any data, query result, statistic, algorithm, or figure on this Site is 100% complete, current, or error-free. Data providers occasionally correct, revise, or delay figures after the fact, and our own systems can contain bugs like any software. 2. Past performance is not a guarantee of future results
Any historical record, win rate, return, or backtest shown on this Site — for any query, algorithm, system, or featured play — reflects past results only and is not a guarantee, projection, or assurance of future performance. Markets, teams, rules, and the betting public all change over time. A situation that has performed well historically can perform differently, including losing money, going forward. You should never treat a historical record shown here as a promise of what will happen next.
3. Not betting, financial, or investment advice
Nothing on this Site constitutes professional betting, financial, investment, or legal advice. The Site is an analytical research and query tool — it helps you ask questions of historical and current sports data and see how situations have performed. Any decision to place a wager, and the amount and manner in which you do so, is entirely your own, made at your own risk. If sports betting is illegal in your jurisdiction, do not use this Site to place wagers. 4. Permitted use of your subscription
A paid subscription or free trial grants you a personal, non-transferable license to view and query the database for your own individual research, for the length of your active subscription or trial. It does not transfer ownership of any data, and it does not grant any right to reproduce, republish, resell, or redistribute what you see.
5. Prohibited use — copying, scraping & redistribution
The database, its field structure, its query results, its algorithms, and all written content on this Site are proprietary to Predictive Playbook Database. You may not copy, screenshot for redistribution, scrape, download in bulk, reverse-engineer, republish, resell, or otherwise redistribute any material from this Site — including query results, statistics, algorithm write-ups, or database field structures — to any other person, service, publication, or platform, whether for free or for payment, without our prior written permission.
This includes (without limitation): pasting query results into another website, forum, or group chat for others' use; building an automated tool or bot that queries this Site's data on someone else's behalf; and sharing your login or trial access with anyone else. Personal note-taking for your own individual research is fine; distributing what you find to others is not.
6. Enforcement
Violating Section 5 is a breach of these Terms and may result in immediate suspension or termination of your account or subscription without refund, in addition to any other legal remedies available to us under applicable law, including for copyright and trade secret infringement.
7. How we protect your information
Payments. All purchases are processed by Stripe, a certified PCI Service Provider Level 1 — the highest level of payment-industry certification. Your card number is entered on Stripe’s secure checkout and is transmitted directly to Stripe; Predictive Playbook never receives, sees, or stores it.
Network protection. The Site is served through Cloudflare, which encrypts traffic in transit (HTTPS) and filters malicious traffic, bots, and denial-of-service attacks before they reach our servers.
Accounts. We use passwordless, single-use email login links, so there is no password for anyone to steal, reuse, or guess. Query access is rate-limited and watermarked to deter account sharing and scraping.
What we keep. We store the minimum needed to run your account: your email address, optionally your name and phone number, and your purchase and access records. We do not sell your personal information.
No online service can promise absolute security, but we design the Site so the most sensitive data — your payment details — never sits with us in the first place. Questions? See Contact below.
